Due to extremely high NHS patient waiting lists, if an NHS patient fails to attend 2 appointments within a 12 month period they will be removed from our patient list. They will then be required to find another NHS practice. To ease the NHS burden, we want to treat as many NHS patients as we can and non attenders prevent us from doing this.
